The following terms apply to your participation in the OneSignal Customer Referral Program. By participating in the OneSignal Customer Referral Program, you agree to comply with these terms.
We reserve the right to terminate this program at any time for any reason.
Participation in this referral program may require users to submit personal information about themselves and their contacts, such as name, email address, company, and job title.
By participating in OneSignal’s referral program, you agree to receive communications from OneSignal and/or from our partners that operate and maintain the program.
1. Who can participate?
Participants must be 18 years or older. Users may not participate in the referral program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations. The referrer must be an existing OneSignal Professional or Enterprise plan customer.
2. What is a qualified referral?
Subject to the sole discretion of OneSignal, you and your referred contact may earn a $100 cash gift card for each qualified referral. A qualified referral is defined by the following:
The person referred must be a new OneSignal customer who has never opened an account with OneSignal, or an existing OneSignal customer who does not have a Growth, Professional, or Enterprise account.
The OneSignal business development team must determine that this referral qualifies for the OneSigal Professional or Enterprise plan.
The person referred must attend a meeting with a member of OneSignal’s sales team after the initial introductory meeting with our business development team.
3. What methods can you use to send referrals to OneSignal?
You must complete the form on this page to submit a referral to OneSignal.
4. We will send you emails about the OneSignal Customer Referral Program.
You may receive emails about this referral program, including an email to confirm your referral submission and when the referral is accepted or rejected by Onesignal.
5. You release us from liability.
By participating in the OneSignal Customer Referral Program, you agree that OneSignl will have no liability and that you will indemnify and hold OneSignal harmless for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury, or damage to you or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of your participation in the OneSignal Customer Referral Program. You will not settle any claim without the prior written consent of OneSignal. Further, you agree that Onesignal is not responsible for faulty referral links, faulty referral form submissions, any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, order processing, or communication; technical or mechanical malfunctions; errors in these terms, in any Program-related materials; human-processing error; failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; damage to your equipment, computer hardware or software, or inaccurate information, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error, or otherwise.
6. Program Changes.
We reserve the right to change or cancel the OneSignal Customer Referral Program at any time, without notice. We reserve the right to modify or amend these guidelines and the methods through which rewards are earned. We reserve the right to disqualify a user at any time from participation in the program if they do not comply with these guidelines. All information collected from a user in the program will be subject to the OneSignal Privacy Policy.
